Morning consideration
"The average, healthy, well-adjusted adult gets up at seven-thirty in the morning feeling just plain terrible." (Jean Kerr)
I can relate to that! But - getting up at five-thirty as I do (and don't ask why!), does that make me all the more allowed to feel plain terrible or does it disqualify me as I'm not well-adjusted?
