Looks fabulous! Ummm...what is it?
Leg of lamb. With garlic splits in it; seasoned with paprika etc... Slowly roasted over embers for an hour and a half or so.
Almost weeping with desire here . . .
Mmm, looks gorgeous. Lam is nicest when cooked slowly - it almost melts in the mouth and falls obligingly off the bone. Garlic and paprika sound like perfect additions to the lamb.
Santra, that looks delicious.Lamb isn't readily available in my area. We can get it near Easter and that's about it. It is quite expensive, also.Hyp
